The sweetest little 1950's party frock! Done in a blue rose printed taffeta with an organza overlay. Thin spaghetti straps, fitted waist with attached bow and full skirt. Skirt has a tulle underlay that poufs out the skirt into a tulip shape. Back metal zip. Unlined.
